Wow!!… I had such an amazing relaxing experience from one of the Heart Activation groups facilitated by Steve and Amy North last night.

I went into the meditation feeling quite stressed and overwhelmed from some very busy weeks I have had lately, which has also caused my neck and right shoulder to be in constant pain daily.

After the deep meditation session, my mind and body felt totally relaxed, re-balanced and I was completely pain-free! It is now the day after and I am still pain-free and feeling fabulous!

Thank you so very much, Steve and Amy, for the divine energy you both bring and the special gift you share with others.
